The 1999 Reds dragged themselves out of bed early on Sunday 27th September to embark on a sponsored walk over the Forth Road Bridge and back.
There were nerves aplenty in both parents and kids, but a favourable weather forecast meant the trip went ahead as planned and so at 10am we set off on the journey to Fife and back.
Having just formed in the summer of 2009, the sponsored walk was an event planned to raise much needed funds for our club and some sterling work from all the boys saw us raise over £400 which is a fantastic effort! The 99 reds have enjoyed a good start to the season on the pitch and they are working just as hard off it, to ensure the club keeps moving in the right direction. Many thanks to all the boys, brothers and sisters and especially, the parents for attending and making such a successful day of it all. Look out for our next fund raiser where Ross and Lewis's gran may be seen jumping out a plane or abseilling down a cliff! Here are some photos of the boys from the day Ready to go!
