The Fund Raising Committee put in a lot of effort to help keep the money coming into the club as well as providing days out for the kids and nights out for the 'bigger' kids :-)

Events planned for 2009 are as follows -

Club Race Night – Saturday 23rd May 2009 – Mid Calder Bowling Club – 7.00 pm – 1.00 am

Gala & Parade – Saturday 6th June 2009
 

It is understood that there is not a theme as such this year so each team can walk in their kits, behind the Mid Calder banner. Gala bags to be purchased via club funds as in previous years (including bags for siblings).

 

Club Summer Barbecue – Saturday 22nd August – Mid Calder Gala Park
 

To celebrate the start of the 2009/2010 season there will be a barbecue at the gala park. Activities: TBC

 

Club Xmas Party – Saturday 28th November – Livingston Stadium
 

It was decided to reinstate the Xmas Party. Date in November to avoid clash with the Gala Xmas Service, Parade/Tree Lighting which is the 1st Sat in December.
