Child Protection
All club officials at Mid Calder Colts abide by, and sign up to the SYFA guidelines on child protection. In addition and in line with these guidelines all officials have valid Disclosure Certificates to enhanced level.

In addition to this Mid Calder Colts has in place an Anti-Bullying Policy which all persons involved with the club comply with. The policy can be found by selecting this link:
MCCFC Anti Bullying Policy
The club has set procedures in place to deal with any complaints or concerns that any player, parent, official or spectator may have.
MCCFC Complaint procedure
Submit a written copy of the complaint to the Club Player protection Officer or to the Management Committee Secretary.
The recipient of the complaint will acknowledge receipt and initiate the investigation process.
Initial Process Follow Up Process
The result of the investigation will be conveyed back to the complainant.
If no satisfaction is obtained then the matter should be referred to the Secretary of the WLAYFC.
